Yogurt sauce is a must-have on every Albanian dinner table. Though this sauce is simple to prepare, it is extremely versatile. Our cool and creamy yogurt sauce is a wonderful accompaniment to most any meal you can imagine!
2 cups strained whole milk yogurt
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 T lemon juice
3 T extra virgin olive oil
Fresh dill or parsley, minced
½ t salt
1. Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve cold.
