1 jar with grape leaves
2 cups rice
1 cup parsley
1 cup tomatoes
1 cup onions
1/2 cup scallions
1 bunch of mint
1/2 tbs red pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 – 1 cup lemon
1 cup or less olive oil, depending on what you like
Mix all of them together except the 1/2 lemon juice and 1/2 cup olive oil.

1 kavanoz me gjethe rrushi
2 filxhanë oriz
1 filxhan majdanoz
1 filxhan domate
1 filxhan qepë
1/2 filxhan qepë e njomë
1 tufë nenexhik
1/2 lugë piper i kuq
1 lugë kripë
1/2 – 1 filxhan limon
1 filxhan ose më pak vaj ulliri, në varësi të asaj që ju pëlqen.

Përziejini të gjitha së bashku përveç 1/2 lëng limoni dhe 1/2 filxhan vaj ulliri.
