Berry and Yogurt Salad

This healthy salad can be made with any fruits you have on hand. We have listed our favorite blend of fruits below.


  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup lingonberries
  • 1 cup blackcurrants
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 T lemon zest
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup red currants


Toss together all of the ingredients except the red currants and yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve the fruit salad in crystal glasses, topped with a dollop of yogurt and a sprinkle of currants.
